WE just went through the "contract from hell" with Chad as our broker. Because of situations completely out of his control, it took us over 9 months from signing the contract to closing, with multiple closing dates set and abandoned. My husband and I walked into his office on a whim. We asked him about a specific neighborhood in the area. He checked and found that a house was available. He showed us the house that afternoon. When we asked to see it the next day he did. We put an offer that same day. When we asked to show the house to a friend before settlement, he came over and let us in.
